We cannot offer refunds. But the good news - you get the cookies! If we made a mistake on your order or you do not get what you ordered we will do our best to make it right!

Delivery times are set upon ordering. We try our best to get you the goods, in a timely manner.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order, send us an email and we will try to accommodate the change.

Larger Orders

If our web site does not accommodate your order needs. Send us an email or use our special request form and we will contact you to workout the details.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to our customers!

Order minimums

I require a minimum order of 4 6oz cookies! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announced on my Facebook page!

Allergies

Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.

Cottage Food Laws

This has been made in a home kitchen and not inspected. We are required to complete training and pass an exam prior to registering and selling cottage food. Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Risks

You're consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities. We are not responsible for those incidents.
